The service

BalanceIQ is a personal record-keeping tool provided by 7 Dwarfs FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("BalanceIQ", "we", "us"). BalanceIQ is not a bank, accountant, financial adviser, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

No advice, no reliance, no accuracy warranty

All figures, balances, conversions, calculations, charts, and summaries shown in BalanceIQ are produced automatically from data you enter and from third-party reference data such as exchange rates. They are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, inaccurate, contain calculation errors, or be outdated. They may not reflect your real financial situation.

BalanceIQ does not warrant that any calculation, report, balance, or total is correct. You must verify all figures independently and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. Any action you take based on information shown in the app is entirely at your own risk.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for using the service lawfully. The records in BalanceIQ are yours: you alone are responsible for the data you enter and for checking that your records match your real accounts.

Plans and payment

Personal is free and includes up to five active financial entities. Portfolio subscriptions and Founder Lifetime provide unlimited entities. Subscription charges recur until cancelled. Current prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Third-party data and services

Exchange rates and other market data come from external providers. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability, and the rate applied by your bank or card issuer may differ. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider under its own terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BalanceIQ available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the service. You are encouraged to keep your own records of important figures.

Intellectual property

The BalanceIQ application, brand, and design belong to 7 Dwarfs FZCO. You keep full ownership of the data you enter and grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display it as part of operating the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BalanceIQ and 7 Dwarfs FZCO are not liable for financial decisions, losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete data or calculations (whether entered by you, produced by the system, or supplied by third parties), lost profits, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you use a free Personal account, you have paid nothing and the service is provided to you free of charge and free of liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7 Dwarfs FZCO against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment. When access ends, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the DIFC courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
