Subscriptions
You may cancel a Portfolio subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and Portfolio access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Charges already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Founder Lifetime
If BalanceIQ does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of a Founder Lifetime purchase. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
